Regelmatig organiseert Stichting Migratierecht Nederland in samenwerking met Sdu een annotatiewedstrijd voor masterstudenten. De annotatie dient te gaan over een aan het migratierecht gerelateerde uitspraak en dient in het Nederlands of Engels te worden geschreven. De winnende annotatie wordt beloond met een geldbedrag en een publicatie in Jurisprudentie Vreemdelingenrecht (JV). Regularly the Dutch Foundation for Migration Law (Stichting Migratierecht Nederland) organises a case note contest for master students in cooperation with Sdu. The case note should be on a court ruling related to migration law and should be written in Dutch or English. The winning case note will be rewarded with prize money and publication in Jurisprudentie Vreemdelingenrecht (JV). For the regulations of the contest, see the button to the right.

Ook dit jaar organiseert Stichting Migratierecht Nederland weer een annotatiewedstrijd. Insturen van annotaties kan tot en met 29 mei 2026. De prijsuitreiking zal plaatsvinden op 26 juni 2026. Voor meer informatie, zie het reglement.

The case note contest will be held in 2026. Case notes can be submitted upto and including the 29th of May 2026. The award ceremony will be held on the 26th of June 2026. More information can be found in the regulations.
